Pharmacognosy

Definition

Pharmacognosy is a branch of bioscience dealing with medicinal and related products of crude or primary type and obtained forma plants, animal, and mineral origin. It can also be defined as study of drugs obtained from natural origin.

 Clove

The unopened pink coloured buds of cloves are found in evergreen cloves trees. Same as the other spices, they are available throught the year. 

Use

1 Aerophagia 

It's oil provides relief from gas or accumulated flatulence problem in the digestive tract. 

2 Lack of appetite

It also helps to improve appetite.
